Teknia Uherský Brod: plastic injection in the heart of Europe

Teknia Uherský Brod is a specialized plant in plastic injection situated in Nivnice, in the east of Czech Republic. The company develops, produces and supplies precise technical mouldings made by injection for automotive industry. It serves Czech and international customers with a large range of products. It includes Head-up displays, interior components, such as airbag covers, door components and other technical components.

The plant was built in 1992 to be used as a press shop for plastics and central storehouse. At the end of the year 2011 the plant extended the existing production area in Nivnice by a new production and storage area. The plant increased the capacity for surface finishes.

Thanks to the new production area Teknia Uherský Brod can provide our customers higher production capacity in the field of highly demanded specific surface finishes. New production hall in Nivnice has now 39 injection machines.

Teknia Uherský Brod focuses on the production of safety parts, such as head-up displays components, airbag covers and holders, interior parts, door components and other technical components. The plant can produce parts weighing from 0.2 grams up to 3.5 kilos.

Technologies used in the production are constantly improved and therefore the plant can provide customers prime quality tailor-made solutions according to their requirements. New awards are focused on interior mechanisms that include assembly parts. These assembled parts with offer more added value.
