Moving Talent: the training program that drives growth and collaboration at Teknia
In a global, diverse, and constantly evolving industrial environment, talent is the engine that drives innovation and sustainable growth within an organization. At Teknia, this belief translates into a strong commitment to people and their professional development. With this purpose in mind, Moving Talent was created a training program designed to support the growth of the Group’s young talents, offer them a broader vision of the organization, and strengthen the shared culture that connects Teknia’s 22 plants worldwide.
A space to connect and learn beyond the plant
Moving Talent emerged with the goal of bringing the Group’s global reality closer to professionals at the beginning of their careers, helping them understand how their local work impacts the company as a whole.
In a group present in 12 countries, it was necessary to create a space to reinforce internal cohesion, encourage collaboration among areas and countries, and build networks of knowledge and trust that prepare new generations to face future challenges.
The program pursues three main objectives:
- Develop key competencies for current and future performance.
- Strengthen Teknia’s culture and values as a shared identity.
- Offer a global vision of the Group, its strategy, and its corporate structure.
Ultimately, Moving Talent contributes to Teknia’s global development strategy, which is based on continuous learning and on connecting plants to advance together as one Group.
Young talents with initiative and commitment
Participants in the program are professionals who have demonstrated initiative, commitment, and a strong motivation to learn within the company. The selection process is carried out together with the managers of each plant, with special emphasis placed on attitude, curiosity, and willingness to take on new challenges.
The main goal of their participation in Moving Talent is to strengthen their medium-term development, helping them gain a more cross-functional and strategic understanding of the business.

Learning centered on Teknia’s values
Throughout the program, participants work on the competencies associated with the values that define Teknia’s identity:
- Efficiency, understood as the ability to coordinate efforts and optimize resources.
- Ambition, as the drive toward continuous improvement and openness to new ways of doing things.
- Pride, reflected in the commitment to quality work and a sense of belonging.
- Adaptability, as the ability to adjust to change and collaborate with diverse people.
These competencies are developed through an experiential learning methodology based on dynamics that simulate real-life scenarios, collective reflection exercises, and collaborative work in international teams.
During two sessions in Madrid, participants learn about the corporate strategy and the Group’s key areas, receive training on essential competencies, and take part in integration dynamics and cultural activities that strengthen personal and professional bonds.
Afterward, the teams made up of professionals from different plants and countries develop cross-functional projects that address real challenges of the Group. Each team is supported by a mentor from the corporate team, whose role is to guide, challenge, and provide perspective, without directing the process.
A global talent community
One of the main strengths of Moving Talent is its ability to foster collaboration among people from different countries, roles, and cultures. This exchange of experiences and best practices enriches learning, strengthens cultural cohesion, and creates a network of collaboration that extends beyond the program.
In this edition, participants from both the first and second editions also shared a joint training session an opportunity to exchange learnings and experiences. The day concluded with the participation of the Group’s CEO, Javier Quesada de Luis, who acknowledged the effort and commitment of the participants with a gesture of gratitude for their dedication.

A program aligned with Teknia’s strategy
Moving Talent directly contributes to one of the pillars of Teknia’s Strategic Plan: strengthening the company’s relationship with its key stakeholders by placing people at the center.
The program recognizes talent, develops it, and connects it with a shared purpose, reinforcing the company’s value proposition as an employer and nurturing a sense of belonging within the Group.
Because at Teknia, knowing, collaborating, and growing are not only the three words that define Moving Talent they are also how the company promotes the professional development of its people in a global environment.
