At Teknia, this belief translates into a strong commitment to people and their professional development. With this purpose in mind, Moving Talent was created a training program designed to support the growth of the Group\u2019s young talents, offer them a broader vision of the organization, and strengthen the shared culture that connects Teknia\u2019s 22 plants worldwide.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>A space to connect and learn beyond the plant<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Moving Talent emerged with the goal of bringing the Group\u2019s global reality closer to professionals at the beginning of their careers, helping them understand how their local work impacts the company as a whole.<\/p>\n<p>In a group present in 12 countries, it was necessary to create a space to reinforce internal cohesion, encourage collaboration among areas and countries, and build networks of knowledge and trust that prepare new generations to face future challenges.<\/p>\n<p>The program pursues three main objectives:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop key competencies for current and future performance.<\/li>\n<li>Strengthen Teknia\u2019s culture and values as a shared identity.<\/li>\n<li>Offer a global vision of the Group, its strategy, and its corporate structure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ultimately, Moving Talent contributes to Teknia\u2019s global development strategy, which is based on continuous learning and on connecting plants to advance together as one Group.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Young talents with initiative and commitment<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Participants in the program are professionals who have demonstrated initiative, commitment, and a strong motivation to learn within the company. This exchange of experiences and best practices enriches learning, strengthens cultural cohesion, and creates a network of collaboration that extends beyond the program.<\/p>\n<p>In this edition, participants from both the first and second editions also shared a joint training session an opportunity to exchange learnings and experiences.
