This is Teknia&#8217;s strategy to continue attracting talent and establishing itself as a leading company in the career development of its teams.<\/p>\n<p>As part of this commitment, the company actively collaborates with third sector organisations and entities. The aim is to promote the professional growth and employability of future employees joining the automotive industry.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Competent and quality vocational training: Teknia joins the Alliance for Dual Vocational Training.<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>In 2023, the company joined the Alliance for Dual Vocational Training platform.\u00a0 This network of more than 1,500 companies, centres and institutions is aimed at promoting the development of quality Dual Vocational Training in Spain.<\/p>\n<p>The Alliance for Dual Vocational Training was launched in 2015.\u00a0 By the Bertelsmann Foundation, the Princess of Girona Foundation, CEOE and the Spanish Chamber of Commerce.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Boosting industrial innovation in the startup ecosystem.<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Another year Teknia took part in BIND 4.0, an open innovation platform, a benchmark in the acceleration of Industry 4.0 solutions. The initiative, led by the Basque Government and the SPRI Group, has alltogether\u00a0 the objective of promoting innovation in the industrial sector.<\/p>\n<p>Teknia joined in its eighth edition as a business partner. The programme includes a total of 70 collaborating companies.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Promotion of development areas under STEM disciplines.<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Teknia also collaborates with the Industria Erronka programme.\u00a0 An initiative that above all\u00a0 works to promote professional growth in the industrial sector among future generations. Organised by the Biscayan Federation of Metal Companies (FVEM).
