This step will unify the company&#8217;s current technology directions and boost Teknia&#8217;s R&amp;D development.<\/p>\n<p>In this way, Mario Mart\u00edn, who until now was Teknia&#8217;s Advanced Manufacturing Director, will also coordinate the company&#8217;s R&amp;D strategy. He will do it through product and process innovation; operational efficiency, with projects for continuous improvement and optimisation of production systems and Industry 4.0. Also with the implementation and development of information systems.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Operational excellence: new incorporations to lead Lean and Industry 4.0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Along with the unification of the company&#8217;s different technological departments, Teknia will also incorporate new profiles.
